Kelly Services is a leading workforce management company looking for motivated and energetic people with passion. We are looking for Manager - HR Generalist for our company. The position will be based out of Indiranagar, Bangalore.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY
Recruitment
- Directly work on Talent Acquisition in hiring activities including job postings
- Maintenance of active database of eligible candidates for ready reference
- Screening of candidates
- Arranging interview for short listed candidates to meet Senior Managers
- Reference checks
- Take support from the TA team as required
Work closely with Talent Development for roll out of OD initiatives
- Interact with HR Nobles for effective HR reach to all locations and functions
- Preparation of offer and appointment letters
- Complete paperwork for opening and closing of P-files
- Regular contents update for HR policies for India
- Updates of HR related policy, HR Intranet, Organizational charts, HR related forms and procedures.
- Preparation of HR related letters e.g. Confirmation, promotion, last salary computation, certification of employment etc
- Record keeping for student internship program includes mini p-files and informing finance of the issuance of their training allowances
- Insurance administration and assisting in submission and follow up for insurance claims
- Monthly e-frontier (HRIM) updates
- Birthday and Service Anniversaries records and updates.
- Monthly Birthday cards
SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Education
Graduate preferably PG or Diploma in Business/ Human Resource Management
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Kind and Length of experience
- 6-12 years of HR related experience
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to interact with staff at all levels
- High degree of initiative
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision & remain calm under pressure
- Good coordination & follow up skills
- Plan, able to prioritize and attention to detail
- Creative, provides solutions, resourceful & flexible
